Spring 2012, Summer 2012 and Fall 2012 applications are currently being accepted.

SCHEDULE OF CLASSES

Spring 2012 begins on January 23rd and ends on May 30,2012 

Summer 2012 begins on June 11 and ends on July 2, 2012

Fall 2012 begins on August 20th and ends on December 21, 2012

 

NOTE - Summer 2012: Tuition fee increase to $46 per unit and maximum 5 units.

 

Mission for Summer 2012:

The summer session for MSJC for 2012 has not been spared from the severe economic challenges facing our college and the California Community College System.  Out of concern for our students who need to complete programs before Fall semester begins, we are offering a very limited summer schedule of regular courses.  The focus of summer will be on high demand courses needed to accomplish completion now! In order to optimize this opportunity for as many students as possible, there will be a five unit enrollment limitation for summer regular courses. It is our intention to assist students to the best of our ability within the economic constraints that are upon us.  Using resources that are available without incurring additional costs, we will also offer our free Summer MSJC Connect Program, which is focused on enhancing student skills for a successful college experience as students move forward to Fall.

Warning: Perjury/Fraud

 Falsifying information about citizenship, California residency, financial aid and/or military status could result in the following:

   1.     Criminal charges for perjury and/or fraud and if convicted, imprisonment 

   2.     Student disciplinary action, and/or

   3.     Accumulated monetary charges for restitution or nonresident tuition due.

 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT MY APPLICATION???

Once your application is submitted, it should be processed within one business day.  You will then gain access to a my.msjc account (returning students will already have one).  Your my.msjc account can be used to check for holds, view registration appointments, register and pay for courses, check grades as well as access your campus provided e-mail account.  Your my.msjc account is where all your Financial Aid communications and documents will be sent.

You will be issued a registration appointment if you are a returning student who has already completed matriculation.  New students will receive an appointment after assessment and orientation are completed, or may qualify for Matriculation Exemption.

 

After you submit your application, please check the e-mail you provide on your application for follow-up information.

How to Use the Mt. San Jacinto College Online Application
To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).

After you complete a screen, click the [Next] button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.

Once you have completed the application, click the [Submit] button located on the left column to submit the application.
