We are currently accepting applications for the following term(s):

Winter 2016

January 4 - February 11

Deadline to apply for Priority Registration is October 23, 2015

Spring 2016

February 16 - June 8

**Deadline to apply for Priority Registration is December 4, 2015

 **First time college students must complete Orientation, Assessment and a Student Educational Plan by the priority application deadline date in order to qualify for priority registration.



If you did NOT enroll during Spring 2016 semester YOU MUST REAPPLY.



Application Process

  • Click on “Begin Application for Glendale Community College” at the bottom of this page.
  • Create a NEW User Account if you are applying online for the first time – or – Log in as a Returning User if you have previously applied online.
  • Complete and submit application – be sure to click the “Finish” link.
  • Print confirmation page for your records.
  • Check your personal e-mail account account for:
    • Immediate confirmation receipt from CCCApply
    • Within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for your GCC ID number.
      • Additional steps that include registration instructions.

  • Financial Aid: Click here to apply for a Board of Governors’ Fee Waiver or other financial aid.


Once your application is submitted, it will be processed within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You will then gain access to a MyGCC account (returning students will already have one). Your MyGCC account can be used to check for holds, view registration appointments, register and pay for courses, check grades as well as access your campus provided e-mail account. Your MyGCC account is where all your Financial Aid communications and documents will be sent.

After you submit your application, please check the e-mail you provided on your application for follow-up information.

All information disclosed has been reported using the Uniform Crime Reporting procedures as set forth by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the California Department of Justice. Crime statistics disclosed are those that occurred on property owned and controlled by the Glendale Community College District, and public property contiguous/adjacent to Glendale Community College District campuses.

How to Use the Glendale Community College Online Application
To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).

After you complete a screen, click the [Next] button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.

Once you have completed the application, click the [Submit] button located on the left column to submit the application.
